Shipping & Returns

We ship Mon-Thursday and some Fridays. Please know USPS and UPS often say "delivered" but it takes an additional day or two for the package to actually BE delivered --yes, it's annoying! We have to deal with this every single day, this is not in our control.

On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.

Did you know we will send a return label to you for returning items? When people "refuse" a delivery, it costs us triple the original postage to claim the parcel back. PLEASE DO NOT do this! EMAIL US or call us so we can handle it. Our contact page is here.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.  If you file a chargeback on a preorder I will ban you from my website for the rest of time. I've only had to do this once, but it is totally rediculous to make up a story about arrival times when it is NOT in my control. WE DO NOT HOLD BACK items- there is NO ROOM or time to do this. I've stayed until midnight shipping preorders because they arrive at 5pm, just to get them out the door. BE COOL or be banned for life.

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Olive Green Bonded Nylon is a bag-making fabric in solid olive green. Each piece is precut to approximately 36" x 56", ready to sew. It needs no interfacing, resists fraying and has a matte, water-resistant surface.

A customer-requested color with the sleek, matte look of 90s waterproof bags.

What size is each piece?

Each piece is precut to approximately 36" x 56".

What is bonded nylon?

Bonded nylon is a nylon fabric with a bonded layer that gives it body and stability, so it holds its shape in finished bags. The bonding also keeps the edges from fraying.

Do I need interfacing?

No. It has enough body for most bags on its own. Add interfacing only if you want extra structure.

Is it waterproof?

The surface is water-resistant – water beads up on it. Stitched seams aren't sealed, though, so a finished bag isn't fully waterproof.

Can I sew it on a home sewing machine?

Yes. A sharp needle such as a Microtex works well, and hold layers with clips instead of pins – pins leave holes.

Is it for linings or exteriors?

Both. It's great for bag exteriors, linings and structured bags.

Beautiful Color

I absolutely love bonded nylon and am thrilled that Natalie decided to carry it. New colors coming in all the time and this olive is just gorgeous. It is great for linings as well as exteriors and the fact that it repels water is a definite plus. I cannot wait to see what new colors and maybe even prints come into the shop.
