Your discount
How does the 20% discount apply?
Automatically. Log in with the email you joined with and your member price shows on every eligible item and at checkout. There's no code to enter.
When does my discount start?
As soon as your membership is active. Your welcome email can land in junk or promotions, so check there if you don't see it.
What's included at 20% off?
Vinyl rolls, cork, fabric, strapping, zipper packs and zipper tape, bonded nylon, water-resistant canvas and hardware packs. You can browse all of it in the VIP collection.
What's not included?
The FreeSpirit fabric line, video courses, patterns and gift cards aren't discounted. Matchup bundles ARE included!
Does VIP stack with free shipping?
Yes! Your 20% stacks with our FREE SHIPPING on orders over $125.
Plans and billing
Which plan should I pick?
If you spend about $32 or more a month on eligible supplies, annual pays for itself within the year. Annual is $75 (about $6.25 a month) and saves $105 compared with 12 months of monthly at $15. Monthly pays for itself in any month you spend $75 or more.
When will I be billed?
On your sign-up date. Annual renews once a year on the date you joined, and monthly renews on that same date each month.
Can I switch from monthly to annual, or back?
Switching isn't automatic. To move from monthly to annual, let your monthly membership expire, then rejoin with an annual membership.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Memberships renew automatically, and refunds aren't given, so if you're opting out of the program, please cancel before your next renewal date.

Use your personal email. Work email addresses aren't accepted.
Can I share my membership?
Membership is for one person. There's no sharing of memberships: if we see it, we'll cancel all orders using it and close the accounts.
How do I hear about matchups and free shipping days?
By email. Members hear about matchup drops, new releases and free shipping days first. Add us to your contacts so they don't end up in spam.

It’s only $10 which is a really good price because you always save at least that much when you buy a matchup it also gets you exclusives like free shipping every once in a while, which I love and it’s just a wonderful monthly subscription to have
