Shipping & Returns

We ship Mon-Thursday and some Fridays. Please know USPS and UPS often say "delivered" but it takes an additional day or two for the package to actually BE delivered --yes, it's annoying! We have to deal with this every single day, this is not in our control.

On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Here is our detailed shipping policy.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.

👉 PLEASE DO NOT FILE A CLAIM OR A CHARGEBACK ON MISSING PACKAGES!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT PROCESS. EMAIL US FIRST.  help@sewhungryhippie.sbs

Did you know we will send a return label to you for returning items? When people "refuse" a delivery, it costs us triple the original postage to claim the parcel back. PLEASE DO NOT do this! EMAIL US or call us so we can handle it. Our contact page is here.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.  If you file a chargeback on a preorder I will ban you from my website for the rest of time. I've only had to do this once, but it is totally rediculous to make up a story about arrival times when it is NOT in my control. WE DO NOT HOLD BACK items- there is NO ROOM or time to do this. I've stayed until midnight shipping preorders because they arrive at 5pm, just to get them out the door. BE COOL or be banned for life.

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them.

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them.

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

If we made a mistake on your order OR if something arrives damaged, email us so we can fix it. The Sew Hungryhippie team strives for perfection but sometimes things happen. Thank you for your grace.  help@sewhungryhippie.sbs

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Thank you for supporting my small business! YOU have made a huge difference in my family's life and I think about it every single day.

-Natalie 🥰

Product Description

The Oliso M3Pro Project Iron brings full-size pressing performance to a compact iron designed for sewing, quilting, and crafts. Keep it beside your sewing machine for precise seams and small details, or pack it for a project on the go.

Why makers love it

  • See the details: Patented LED ProLight™ illuminates the precision tip and fabric.
  • Press with control: The 2-inch detailer tip reaches seams, bias tape, pleats, pockets, cuffs, collars, and tight corners.
  • Smooth, targeted pressing: The Diamond Ceramic-Flow™ soleplate glides over fabric and is easy to clean after using fusible interfacing. Independent front and rear steam zones can be used separately or together.
  • Ready for different fabrics: A fabric selector controls temperature for synthetics, wool, cotton, and linen. The 1000-watt iron heats quickly.
  • Compact convenience: An easy-view, top-fill water tank holds 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) and can use plain drinkable tap water. The included Solemate™ silicone rest lets you set the iron face down while pressing and has a loop for hanging.
