Shipping & Returns

We ship Mon-Thursday and some Fridays. Please know USPS and UPS often say "delivered" but it takes an additional day or two for the package to actually BE delivered --yes, it's annoying! We have to deal with this every single day, this is not in our control.

On US Federal Holidays no mail moves - you *may* see a label print, but it will leave the next mailing day.

Please keep shipping insurance (Package Protection) in your cart. If you take it out, you will have to file your own claim with USPS or UPS.

Did you know we will send a return label to you for returning items? When people "refuse" a delivery, it costs us triple the original postage to claim the parcel back. PLEASE DO NOT do this! EMAIL US or call us so we can handle it. Our contact page is here.

PRE ORDERS ship as stated in the listing -- usually these take some time to arrive. IF YOU COMBINE in stock items with a preorder they will ship TOGETHER at one time.  If you file a chargeback on a preorder I will ban you from my website for the rest of time. I've only had to do this once, but it is totally rediculous to make up a story about arrival times when it is NOT in my control. WE DO NOT HOLD BACK items- there is NO ROOM or time to do this. I've stayed until midnight shipping preorders because they arrive at 5pm, just to get them out the door. BE COOL or be banned for life.

We do NOT cover import fees or duties if shipping out of the USA. Tariffs/duties have NOTHING to do with our company, we have no control over them. 

Tracking info is ALWAYS sent by email as soon as the label is printed. Check your junk or promotions folders; it could have landed in one of them. 

Free shipping is offered for domestic customers, on orders over $125. This is a ONE TIME ORDER offer.

Returns are accepted for damaged items and we will send you a return label. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 14 days (30 days for international) at YOUR return shipping expense, and will be processed with a restocking fee of 10% to cover Shopify cc fees.

Each piece measures 18" x 54" and is 10 gauge (0.25mm) thick.

What does 10 gauge mean?

Gauge measures thickness. 10 gauge is 0.25mm – thinner and more flexible than 12 gauge, so it turns easily.

Is it clear on both sides?

Yes. It's double-polished, so both sides are crystal clear.

Can I sew it on a home sewing machine?

Yes. A Teflon (non-stick) foot helps it feed smoothly, and a longer stitch keeps it from perforating. Hold layers with clips instead of pins.

Is this the same as adhesive craft vinyl?

No. This is sewing vinyl for bags and accessories – it has no adhesive backing and isn't meant for cutting machines like Cricut.

Perfect Clear Vinyl

If you want to work with clear vinyl, this is the one you have to use. It's sturdy, but easy to work with. If you haven't worked with one of the "stickier" vinyls, see Natalie's videos. Grab your teflon foot, a piece of tissue wrap or scotch tape for the bottom of your sewing foot (if it's not teflon) and you're ready to go!

Thought this was 12 gauge

Quite a while ago I put down to be notified when the rolls of 12 gauge clear vinyl was in stock. Got an email saying it was in so I ordered very quickly. Problem was, later I found out it was 16 gauge from By Annie. I went ahead and kept it even though I have a lot of 16 gauge from years ago. It was 100% my own fault for not reading the email description.

I have no worries as far as the quality of it, never had anything but high quality merchandise from Natalie.

Please forgive the rambling, getting over covid.

OMG, I'm so sorry but I cannot give you my opinion of the vinyl because I haven't used it. I ordered it because I was running low and I didn't want to be without it when I would need it. With all that said I am pretty confident it will not disappoint. 😊

I’ve sewn quite a bit with vinyl, and I prefer the 10G for ease of use. (Turning bags and pouches right-side-out when you’ve finished can be a challenge) Natalie’s vinyl always arrives in neat rolls, and *on time*. She sells a quality product at a reasonable price. Clearly the best vinyl! ;-)
